34 Weeks

Hi all,
Things are going well in Atlanta. We are getting more and more prepared for Maddie's arrival every day. Dennis and dad painted the nursery a few weeks ago and Dennis finished painting the bathroom off of the nursery this past weekend. Dad and Mom picked up the crib and the glider and the bedding is on the crib. It's all starting to come together. I'm very happy with the choices we made with her furniture, bedding and paint colors. It all looks so good. Now, we just need to decide what will go on the walls. Once the room is complete, I will post some pics.

Dennis and I also had a wonderful weekend away the week before Memorial Day. We went to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. One of our favorite places to visit. It was just what we needed before the hecticness of baby prep was blown into full gear! Here are some pictures from our trip.

I am feeling ok these days. I don't want to be one of those people that has a wonderful pregnancy and then complains the last few weeks...it's just geting uncomfortable and no one would like having to get up 5 and 6 times in the middle of the night because nature calls! Especially when it's not that easy to actually get out of bed. BUT - relatively speaking, I don't have much to complain about. Dennis starts baseball this week and that will keep him very busy until she arrives with tournaments every weekend.

All in all, we are doing well and just counting down the weeks!

Hope you are all doing well!
Love,
Alyssa
